WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All of our products ship from DFW, Texas via USPS with tracking. When placing an order with 3 stickers or less, those will be shipped in a regular mailing envelope without tracking information. We usually ship out our orders within 3-5 business days, but please message us with any specific requests regarding your order.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
There is sales tax if you order within the state of Texas
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We typically do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at shelby@paperringspress.com so we can help you.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. Sometimes, USPS does take a few days to update the information.
