Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping.

SHIPPING

Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. 

All orders are shipped through USPS and may encounter delays at the hands of USPS. Any delays caused by USPS are not manageable by Paper Rings Press. Typical domestic delivery is within 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will also contain tracking information.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import fees from the postal service. Paper Rings Press is not responsible for any international shipping delays. All items are shipped from DFW, Texas, USA. International orders will take time to be delivered. Once the item has been dropped off, Paper Rings Press is no longer in control of these shipping times.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final, however, if you are unhappy with your order please let us know immediately. We do not offer any refunds, but will correct any mistakes. Please be aware that once the Correct Info Agreement is signed in the design process, you are responsible for any misprinting. Any items that need reprinted for any reason will incur an additional cost to you.

If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

EXTENDED USE AND COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

All designs created by Paper Rings Press are owned by Paper Rings Press. This includes our Blank Card Stationery, Custom Invitation Designs, and Invitation Shop Designs. Paper Rings Press owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) created or produced pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by Paper Rings Press and may be used in the reasonable course of the Paper Rings Press business. Paper Rings Press has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
