Invitation Shop Process
Thank you for considering us for your invitations!
Once your order comes through, your will receive an email from us with a form you need to complete. This form gives us all of the details we need for your invitations. Once we have this form completed, we add your suite to our design queue. This queue is organized based on when your event is. We send you an email once we receive a completed form letting you know when we expect to start working on your invitations. When that time approaches, we will begin working on your invitation suite. When the design is ready, we will email you digital proofs of your invitations. You will provide your feedback and any change requests on this digital proof. When we receive your feedback, we will make any requested edits and will continue this process until your invitations are the exact way you'd like them. Once you are happy with the design and approve of them being sent to print, we will send them to print and the printing and production phase will begin. The time of this phase depends on your project specifics. Once we have your invitations printed and ready, we will package everything up to ship to you. Please note: your invitations will arrive to you UNASSEMBLED. This means that all items will be wrapped up separately and you will need to assemble each invitation suite with an invitation card, details card, rsvp card, and envelopes. If you order envelope liners, we do assemble and adhere those for you ahead of time. In addition, we do provide you with postage recommendations and assembly instructions for your convenience.
